sunshine in Provence
is inspirational, never more so than in
wintertime, which is when we need it most... This month,
FEDE
takes its
creative team on a trip to the
French Riviera
. Our destination,
Hotel
Château “Le Cagnard” in Cagnes-sur-Mer
, a charmingly-restored, 13
th
century
castle. The work of the interior designer,
Pernilla Boström
, with whom we
actively collaborated during the restoration process, was impeccable.
A most welcoming Luxury Hotel, where the greatest care has been taken over every
detail and where we were made to feel at home. We would like to thank
Frida
Ivarsson
, the owner, and her team for the kind treatment we received during our stay.
We relaxed in its suites and enjoyed a breath of cool Provençal air. Viewed
from its balconies, the spectacular seascape and the
Cap d’Antibes
are
remarkable. A luxury location, high on the hill, adjoining the fortified walls.

While writing these lines, we are remembering our wonderful trip to the French
Riviera with a certain melancholy. We expectantly await the new year, which
