In this new issue of our magazine, we are pleased to present an impressive Manor House dating from 1864, surrounded
by vineyards and forests in an area of 40 acres at just 20 minutes from Barcelona, located in Santa Maria de Martorelles.
Our heartfelt thanks to Pepi Milà and her family, owner of the winery, for the exquisite treatment we have received during
the restoration process. We share her passion for wine and the rich culinary culture of our country. The winery produces red,
white and sparkling wines, based on an environmentally sound viticulture.
We have enjoyed the beauty of the natural surroundings of

, the warm autumn colours, the suggestive aromas
from wines and the enchantment of its authentic décor, pampering every detail ...
Its charming Music Room takes us back to a different time, full of memorable evenings... After this incredible experience, we
feel really inspired to present you a new icon: “Belle Époque”, our latest collection of switches.
The Manor House, originally owned by the Bonaplata family, has been restored with great skills and good taste to preserve
its high artistic value. The solid walls and original frescoes had to be respected, so the choice could not have been more
successful:

A solution of luxury in authentic brass for switches and electrical mechanisms by the San Sebastian collection frames. Our
number one in classic atmospheres, accompanied by an installation of braided white cables in Italian style ... Everything for
a simply impeccable staging.
Another excellent option, in harmony with the decoration of this unique and beautiful Manor House with modernist touches,
are the lighting collections: Portofino, Venezia, Verona and Bologna. Also made in brass, they are the product of our expert
craftsmen’s know-how in the exquisite art of luminaries finishes.
Lighting is certainly an art. The visionary and creative spirit of

is reflected in each of the collections of switches and
lighting, from our first catalogue entitled “The art of Illumination” up to the innovative concept “Switch & Light” that we invite
you to discover...
We therefore raise our glass of brass, as a symbol of the artisan foundry which characterizes us, and we do so with great
enthusiasm for the new year ahead. We will continue to seek more inspiration to create new collections and enjoy them to
the fullest in every project of Haute-Décor as with our beloved
