The plot area of the development
is approximately 1580m2 and the
total building area is 2885m2.
The building originally was a com-
plex of old traditional building
consists of retail shops and restau-
rant built of 600mm stone wall.
Reinforced concrete structure and
block work infill were introduced
internally in some places. It is to be
re-modified into hotel complex reflec-
ting more of Arab Architecture.
