This controller integrates multiple functions in one unit. It
is designed as a replacement for the bathroom fan and
light switch, and uses a microprocessor to control the fan
delay-off operation.
The Delay Timer function allows the fan to continue
operating to complete the ventilation of the bathroom after use.
