Connecting the radio FD51000
Connecting the speakers
Installation of IR sensor and the radio FD51000
Place the IR sensor into the opening provided.
Slide the FD51000 Radio, along with the connections and the antenna in
the intermediate area behind the base (if necessary through the mounting
hole).
Operating this unit
Switch on the device:
1.
Button “ON / OFF”: Last active radio station
2.
Numeric key (1-9): radio station
Note:
The current volume settings are stored when “ON / OFF” is pressed.
Display operating mode
:
LED lit
Channel Search:
SCAN” button: channel scan (starting at 87.5 MHz)
Setting the channel volume
Press the “VOLUME”: 36 incremental steps
Adjusting the volume of the beep (beep)
Press the “BEEP”: 3 levels (off, low, high)
Adjusting the tuning (SCAN)

Press the “SCAN”
The unit will “beep” 3 times and begin a channel search starting at 87.5
MHz. The scan will stop automatically at the first found frequency.
Continue scanning by pressing the “SCAN” button again.
Store the desired frequency by pressing the keys “MEM”, then select a
button (1-9) and confirm the selection by pressing “MEM” again.

If necessary, seal the mounting hole for the radio with a suitable cover.
Stand By
After connecting the power supply cable 230V, the device is ready.
Note:
IWhen connected to the power supply the green LED display will flash about
every 4 seconds short on the standby (standby) / power supply.
Note:
The LED will flash while scanning for a station.
Tuning via direct input (frequency)

Press the “FREQ”

Enter the station frequency on buttons (1-9),
e.g. 97.8

Confirm the frequency by pressing the “FREQ”

Store the desired frequency by pressing the “MEM” key and then
select a button (1-9/2 in this case) and confirm the store, again by
pressing “MEM”.
Place the IR sensor into the opening provided.
Connect the FD51000 RADIO to 230 V.
